The Yarmouth Mariners ended a three-game New Brunswick swing on a winning note.
It took a 15-round shootout, but Yarmouth beat the West Kent Steamers 4-3 on Sunday.
Ryan Logan had the shootout winner, Jerome Gilbert had a goal and an assist, and Thomas Fontaine made 35 saves.
The win followed a pair of losses to Campbellton and Miramichi, the Mariners had lost five straight overall.
They sit five points out of a playoff spot behind the Pictou County Crushers with a game-in-hand, in fifth place in the division.
The Mariners are back home Friday night against Valley.
