The Halifax Mooseheads are getting their best fan support in over a decade.
In an update on their website, the team says their average attendance at Scotiabank Centre is over 7,800, the third highest in franchise history.
Numbers the team hasn’t seen since their 2013 Memorial Cup championship squad featuring Nathan MacKinnon, and the 2000 Memorial Cup host season.
The Mooseheads are a young group this year, they have eight wins in 19 games so far, and sit in fifth place in the Maritimes Division,
They’ve got a Quebec-road trip this weekend, and will return home on November 21.
Mooseheads fans are proving once again why they are the best in the league, by showing up in numbers not seen since Nathan MacKinnon's days with the team. Details below. #GoMooseGo
