The province putting money into a school playground in Yarmouth.
Argyle MLA Colton LeBlanc announced $90,000 in funding for the new playground at Meadowfields School.
It’s going toward the total budget of $350,000.
Community fundraising has been ongoing for years.
The first phase of the playground is complete, with work on the second phase starting this fall.
The new playground will feature accessible equipment, and include pathways around play structures, spinners, swings, a communication board and more.
