More work on multi-use trails in Yarmouth.
Work has begun on Phase 6 of the town’s project.
It includes a new trail on Starrs Road from Haley Road to Jody Shelley Drive, that will help users access the Mariners Centre.
Minimal traffic impacts are expected.
Next week, Phase 7 will see a trail added on Starrs Road between Pleasant Street and Clements Avenue, for access to the Maud Lewis Trail.
Traffic delays are expected once that work starts next week.
Both trails are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
