Firefighters in Digby acted quick to put out a blaze.
It was at a small take-out on Highway 303 in Conway.
It happened around 5:30 Thursday morning, flames were showing out of the roof when firefighters arrived.
Digby deputy fire chief Adrien LeBlanc says there were no injuries, and the cause is under investigation.
The structure was significantly damaged.
Mutual aid was provided by the Bear River, Smith’s Cove, Plympton and Gilberts Cove and Brighton/Barton departments.
