You’ve probably seen this on your social media feeds but have another look! It’s the old Saint Bernard Catholic church up for sale! They’re asking $250,000! That’s a steal for the sheer size and beauty of the building!
I do hear it needs some work but what a cool place to buy and turn into something new! I think it would make a great concert hall! Obviously it would also be a good place for apartments or condos too! The possibilities are endless! What would you do with this building if you owned it?
