Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all!
Today is also “Corned Beef & Cabbage Day”, you may think that corned beef and boiled cabbage is a traditional Irish dish for St. Patrick’s Day, actually it is not. It is an Irish-American invention, originating when Irish immigrants discovered that beef was cheaper than pork in America at the time.
I personally loved the Corned Beef and veggies part of the meal ” Except The Cabbage ” !!! I am one of those who can’t stand the smell of the boiling Cabbage and it just ruins the entire combo ” For me ” .
