A 31-year-old Tantallon man accused of murdering battle rapper Pat Stay is now facing additional charges.
Adam Drake was charged for a second time in relation to the death of Tyler Keizer in 2016.
The original charge in the Keizer case was dropped last year after prosecutors did not think they had enough evidence for a conviction.
However, the charges were reinstated on Monday in Halifax.
Stay was stabbed in downtown Halifax on September 4.
Drake was arrested almost a week later and the case is now before the courts.
