You’ll have to wear a mask in class if you go to Dalhousie.
In an update on COVID-19 procedures, the Halifax university says masks are required in all indoor classroom and instructional spaces.
They say masks are strongly recommended in libraries and learning commons, and spaces where physical distancing may be challenging.
There won’t be a vaccine mandate, as the university says most students and staff have at least two doses.
The guidelines for the fall semester were based on input from Dalhousie’s COVID-19 Science Advisory Council.
Dalhousie will continue to prioritise in-person learning experiences for our students, and we’ve updated our COVID-19 safety guidance for fall 2022 (including updated mask guidance): https://t.co/c3aK1uSNY5
