An accident on Highway 103 shutdown traffic for several hours yesterday.
It happened near Martins River, between Exits 9-10 late in the morning.
The road didn’t re-open until after 9 p.m, and a major backlog of traffic on Highway 3 made it a slow commute home.
Several emergency crews were on scene, and it’s reported at least one of the vehicles caught fire.
There is no word on injuries at this time.
