An accident on Cape Sable Island sent four people to hospital this morning.
RCMP say it happened just before 8 a.m. on Stoney Island Road in Centreville, as two vehicles collided head on.
A woman and child were in one vehicle, the child was uninjured and the woman suffered minor injuries.
A woman and passenger in the other vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries.
All four were transported to hospital by ambulance.
The road was closed for about two hours, but has since re-opened.
