The Yarmouth Gentleman’s hockey league began this week.
On Tuesday, Rhyno’s Towing beat the Hervic Whalers 8-5. Brandon Trask and Sam Moses each had a hat-trick for Rhyno’s, Zach Richardson and JJ MacPhee led the way for the Whalers.
On Wednesday, a rematch of last year’s championship final featured the Heritage Brewery Chickenhawks defeating Pubnico 6-4. Marc Lombard had a hat-trick for the Hawks, Jessy Lennox and Tristan d’Entremont had two goals each for Pubnico.
This Sunday, Rhyno’s will host the Barrington Chiefs at 5:30.
