Curling is back in Yarmouth.
A registration night for the new season is being held at the Yarmouth Curling Club tonight (Wednesday, November 3rd) from 6:30-8:30.
Vice President of the Yarmouth Curling Association Aaron Sweeney says everyone is welcome to come out.
“We’re trying to build our membership for the upcoming season, and there are lots of options for curlers of all levels,” says Sweeney.
He says Tuesdays will see a learn-to-curl event as part of a drop-in league.
“We’re charging 40 dollars for the first four weeks, and if you become a member after that, it will be taken off your membership fee. Anyone that’s going to be a member and wants to come down for the learn-to-curl, it’s included in your membership.”
There will also be social, competitive and junior leagues and much more.
