The Yarmouth Mariners got 29 saves from AJ DiChiara in their 3-0 shutout of the Pictou County Crushers last night in New Glasgow.
Yarmouth took an early 2-0 lead not even four minutes into the game, thanks to goals from Reid Vos and Kurtis Lang.
Sam Gillis added a goal in the third period.
The Mariners improved their record to 6-2-2-0, ,and lead the Eastlink South Division with 14 points.
Yarmouth has points in six straight games.
The Mariners return home for a game against the Amherst Ramblers tonight, and will face Summerside at Mariners Centre tomorrow.
