No major power outages in the Tri-Counties this morning as a low pressure system continues to pass through the area.
A rainfall warning remains in effect for Yarmouth and Shelburne counties, with a wind warning also in place for Shelburne.
A Special Weather Statement is still issued for Digby County.
The wind and rain is expected to continue through the day and evening.
Highway 103 around Exit 23 in Sable River, east of Lockeport, was shutdown last night for some time due to downed power lines.
After a couple days of sunny weather, rain is expected to move back in for Halloween Sunday.
