Baseball:
The Yarmouth U12 Girls played in a tournament in the city over the weekend. After going undefeated with a great showing, and a 6-4 semifinal win, Yarmouth will play the Tri-County Rangers for the provincial championship at a later date.
The Yarmouth 11U A Gateways split a doubleheader with the Clark’s Harbour Foggies, with a 10-7 win and a 6-4 loss.
The Chris Scott Construction U15 Gateways played a double header at Mariners Field on Sunday against the Halifax Mets. They won both games after 5 innings by the 10 run rule. Scores were 15-5 and 12-1.
