A 77-year old man from Milton has been charged following an indecent act which took place in Sand Beach.
Paul Glendon Harding was charged after Yarmouth Rural RCMP received a complaint that he had exposed himself at a public beach near Bunker’s Island Rd. in Sand Beach.
The incident took place on July 7th around 7:10 p.m.
Harding was located shortly after and was arrested without incident.
He was released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Yarmouth Provincial Court on August 31.
