The Shelburne County Minor Hockey Association are holding their annual general meeting tonight at 7 over Zoom.
President David Krafve says they’ll be looking for volunteers to sit on the board, and for new coaches to step up.
“The board did a tremendous job to get through the year without many troubles. I’d like to see more volunteers come forward this year,” Krafve said.
He says despite registration being down in a pandemic, the Flames’ teams still had successful season.
The U15 C team won gold, and the U11 C team took silver, despite having just enough players to ice a team.
“All the credit goes to the coaches and players, they did a tremendous job.”
