A 36 year old man facing charges of murder and Interference with Human Remains is due in Yarmouth Provincial Court on Monday.
RCMP say Wayne Richard Crawford is one of two Yarmouth County men arrested in connection with the death of 26-year-old Colton James Cook.
He and 57-year-old Robert Charles Rogers were arrested by RCMP on Thursday in Digby County.
Rogers faces the same charges.
Both men appeared in Yarmouth Provincial Court on Friday and were remanded.
Cook was reported missing to RCMP on Sunday, September 27th.
Police say his partial remains were found that day near a burned-out vehicle.
They say Cook’s “identifiable remains” were found last Tuesday.
Police say their investigation is ongoing.
