A big honour for Yarmouth’s Allie Munroe.
She’s been named an assistant captain for the PWHL’s Toronto Sceptres.
Munroe is in her second year with the team on the blueline.
In a statement, GM Gina Kingsbury says Munroe is the ultimate teammate, and loves representing the team on and off the ice.
The Sceptres will face the Minnesota Frost in the first round of the PWHL playoffs.
