It’s a sign of warmer weather.
The ‘CAT’ is back in Yarmouth harbour.
The Bay Ferries vessel is docked at the Yarmouth International Ferry Terminal for the first time in 2025.
It spends the winter in South Carolina, and arrived back here this morning.
The ‘CAT’ carried nearly 50,000 passengers in 2024 between Nova Scotia and Bar Harbor, Maine.
The sailing season is set to begin on Thursday, May 15.
It will operate Thursday to Monday until mid-June, then daily crossings will begin.
The season ends in mid-October.
