All-terrain vehicles are now allowed on certain roads in Shelburne.
The new road trail goes from Highway 103 to Water Street and up King Street to Spa Road.
Mayor Stan Jacklin says some other areas have implemented this, and it’s going well so far.
“I believe it will bring a boost to tourism, and give those who use ATVs from out of the area a chance to visit us and spend some money here” said Mayor Jacklin.
There are a number of rules around the vehicle usage, including a valid drivers licence and a speed limit of 25 kilometres an hour.
The roads are only open to ATVs during daylight hours.
