An arson charge for a Weymouth man already in custody.
The charge against 33-year-old Tyler Langford is related to a series of fires that destroyed a building in Clare last year.
It happened in December at a business on Maza Road.
Investigators located a device at the scene, along with other evidence that was examined for DNA in Ontario.
The arson charge was handed down Monday, he’ll appear in court in January.
Langford was arrested in June and charged with second-degree murder in the death of 64-year-old Vernon Doucet in 2022.
