A significant move forward in the expansion of Mariners Centre.
The construction tender was awarded to RCS Construction, and work is expected to begin next month.
It will be a seperate building on the property, and feature a six-lane, 25-metre pool, a leisure pool, a fitness center, multi-purpose spaces, and an indoor walking track.
The new addition is expected to open in the fall of 2026.
A sod turning ceremony is expected before construction begins.
