A third person has been arrested in the Devon Marsman homicide case.
Marsman went missing in Spryfield in February 2022.
In June of that year, police started treating the investigation as a suspicious disappearance.
The case was added to the province’s Major Crimes Rewards Program with $250,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
Last week, police believed they found remains belonging to Marsman.
Three people are now facing charges.
Emma Maria Meta Casey, 23, was arrested Wednesday morning.
She faces charges including accessory after the fact to murder, indignity to human remains and obstructing justice.
Treyton Alexander Marsman, 26, is facing second-degree murder charges, indignation to human remains and obstructing justice.
A 20-year-old man is also facing obstructing justice charges as well as accessory after the fact.
However, he was a youth at the time, so his name is under a publication ban.
A Go Fund Me is circulating online for the family of Devon Marsman with a goal of $25,000- with more than $10,000 already raised.
According to the Go Fund Me, there will be a celebration of life for Marsman at the end of October.
