A meeting on a new housing project is happening in Yarmouth.
It goes Tuesday night at 6 at town hall.
The development on Myrtle Street would bring 40 new single detached homes in several phases.
It would require a new private road and an extension of town water and sewer.
The public are welcome to share their thoughts with the Planning Advisory Committee on the proposal.
