Fire in a first floor apartment in Yarmouth.
It happened at a building on the corner of Kirk and Cliff streets.
Yarmouth fire chief Mike Deveau says they arrived just after midnight, and were quickly able to extinguish the blaze.
The cause is under investigation, all occupants got out safely.
Residents are expected to be allowed re-entry later Thursday.
