Violence, arson and more crimes are plaguing the Municipality of Clare.
Meteghan RCMP say they have several open investigations from the last few months.
The most recent saw a home being shot at for the second time, there were no injuries.
Cpl. Carlie McCann says it’s causing concern in the public.
“There have been a few files with incidents related to violence. We know this is very concerning and in some cases, could have ended up a lot worse than they are,” said Cpl. McCann.
She says their goal is to take steps to make the area safer.
RCMP add they want to work with the community to get information that could lead to arrests and charges.
“We would be happy to hear from people in the community who have information that might lead to supporting our investigations that we have ongoing.”
