The Municipality of the District of Yarmouth wants to develop a new housing strategy.
A request for proposals is out for the development of a comprehensive municipal housing and investment strategy.
The municipality says it’s based on the findings of the Turner and Drake study in Nova Scotia.
It’s also taking developers and non-profit housing proponents into consideration.
They say it will update forecasted housing needs and recommend critical infrastructure.
The deadline for submissions is July 8.
