Tax rates are once again holding steady in the Town of Yarmouth.
The residential rate remains $1.69 per $100 of assessment, and the commercial rate is still $4.31.
It’s the third straight year for these rates, they went up two cents in the 2022 budget.
Town council passed the over $20 million budget with a surplus of $15,000.
That’s also the same as last year.
