The Cape Breton Eagles are facing adversity for the first time in these QMJHL playoffs.
They fell 5-3 to the top-ranked Drakkar in Game 2 of their third round series in Baie-Comeau Friday.
The Eagles scored the first two goals of the game, then led 3-2 late in the second.
But the Drakkar tied it late in the second, then got the go-ahead goal on the powerplay early in the third.
Justin Gill led Baie-Comeau with a hat-trick, the Eagles got goals from Cole Burbidge, Charles-Antoine Lavallee and Xavier Daigle.
The series now shifts to Cape Breton for Games 3 and 4 on Monday and Tuesday night.
Both games at Centre 200 are already sold-out.
The Eagles are playing in the third round for the first time since 2007.
They are now 8-3 in these playoffs, while Baie-Comeau is undefeated at 10-0.
