
Freezing Rain warning in effect for most of N.S. on February 17, 2023 (Environment Canada)
A mixed-bag of weather today for most of the province.
A freezing rain warning has been issued by Environment Canada.
It should start this morning in some areas with a mix of snow and ice pellets.
The forecaster says most of the province will see a prolonged period of freezing rain this afternoon and tonight, changing to snow or flurries.
Yarmouth, Shelburne, Queens and Digby counties have been spared, but will still see some freezing rain tonight.
