One of the men accused of killing Colton Cook has pleaded guilty to second degree murder.
Wayne Crawford pled guilty to the charge this morning in Shelburne Supreme Court.
His plea comes over two years since his arrest on October 22nd, 2022. Crawford has been held in custody ever since.
He will face sentencing later this year.
There’s no word yet on Crawford’s second charge of interference with human remains.
The co-accused in the case, Robert Rogers, is also facing charges of second degree murder and interference with human remains. He entered a plea of not guilty in his initial court appearance and is also being held in custody.
The third man charged in the case, Keith Siscoe, pled guilty to accessory after the fact to murder in July and will face sentencing on Friday.
