Thirteen more medals for Nova Scotia at the Canada Games in Niagara, Ontario.
Athletes from our province took six gold, two silver and five bronze medals in canoe-kayak events yesterday.
We now have 32 medals at the game, including 17 gold.
Our girls soccer team beat New Brunswick 1-0 on penalty kicks to advance to the semifinal.
Nova Scotia’s men’s softball team edged Saskatchewan 7-6 last night to remain undefeated at 6-0.
The games wrap up on Sunday.
