Seven more medals for Team Nova Scotia at the Canada Games in Niagara, Ontario.
All of them came in canoe-kayak events yesterday.
Athletes from our province took four gold, two silver and a bronze, just a day after winning seven other medals in canoe-kayak.
That pushes our medal total at the games to 19, including 11 gold medals.
Our men’s softball team beat Ontario 5-3 to move to 4-0 on the tournament.
Nova Scotia takes gold in women’s IC-4 500 metres. Congrats to Jacy Grant, Wellington; Julia Lilley Osende, Dartmouth; Jessica Mackay, Halifax; and Sloan MacKenzie, Halifax. #SUPERNOVA #Niagara2022 pic.twitter.com/w5LLPV50gf
