Baseball’s most legendary voice is gone.
Vin Scully, the long-time play-by-play broadcaster of the Los Angeles Dodgers, passed away yesterday.
Scully’s 67 year career began with the Brooklyn Dodgers in the 1950s.
He was the longest tenured broadcaster with a single team in professional sports history, retiring in 2016.
Dodgers President and CEO Stan Kasten says we’ve lost an icon, and his voice will be etched in our minds forever.
Vin Scully was 94.
