Those accused of killing a Stoney Island man returned to Yarmouth Provincial Court yesterday.
After show cause hearings, the court is now looking to set preliminary hearings for Dillon Burton Deveau, Brooklyn Gavel and Michael Roland Surette.
They’re back on September sixth to set the dates for their hearings.
All three are charged with the first degree murder of Joseph Wickens.
His remains were found by police inside a burned-out home in Pinkney’s Point in March of this year.
Deveau was the first to be charged in relation to the murder in April, with charges for Gavel and Surette following a month later.
