The Municipality of Argyle wants your thoughts on the future of active transportation.
An open house is being held today at Drumlin Heights school from 3:30 to 5, and again tonight from 6-7:30, with another session at the same times tomorrow at Plymouth School.
Director of Recreation Services for the municipality Natalie d’Entremont says she hopes many residents are able to come out.
“And give their opinion, so that we have a broad range of views throughout the municipality, and that we have a better understanding of what residents want to see as far as active transportation is concerned,” says d’Entremont.
Maps will be on display with the type of active transportation that already exists in the area.
d’Entremont says they’re looking to amend the existing plan from 2016 to include more pedestrian infrastructure like sidewalks, trails and kayaking routes.
