A Yarmouth woman is facing several charges involving the possession and sale of illegal tobacco.
The Yarmouth/Clare RCMP Street Crime Enforcement Unit charged 59 year old Roxanne Ruth Schlosser after a search warrant was executed Tuesday at a home on Kempt Street.
She was arrested at the home, and RCMP seized cartons of unstamped cigarettes, packaging materials and a cellphone.
Schlosser was released from custody on an appearance notice, and is scheduled to appear in court on June 6th in Yarmouth.
