Guns were taken from a home in Upper Wedgeport on Tuesday.
RCMP say two men entered a residence on Martin Road, threatened the homeowner and demanded he hand over the firearms.
The men were wearing masks, one was armed with a knife and the other had a metal rod.
They made off with three pellet guns, four rifles, ammunition and a cell phone, and fled the scene in a grey hatchback.
There were no injuries.
The suspects are believed to be white, between 20-30 years old, one man was tall and thin, the other was about five-foot-six with a beard.
Police are asking the public to help identify the owners of the hatchback, which is believed to be an older model Hyundai.
They encourage anyone with surveillance video in Upper Wedgeport to contact the Yarmouth Rural RCMP.
