Five second period goals helped the Yarmouth Mariners beat the Pictou County Crushers 5-3 last night in New Glasgow.
Patrick Hurley scored twice, Reilly Mayne, Ben Roode and Cole Foston also had goals, and Christophe Beluse got the win in goal with 24 saves.
It was the first game in two months for Yarmouth, who extend their lead atop the division to four points over the Amherst Ramblers.
The teams meet this evening at Mariners Centre, game time is 7:30.
