A Yarmouth Mariner has been named the MHL’s Defenseman of the Month.
Ben Roode averages over 25 minutes a game for the first place Mariners.
He had four points in the month of December, as the Mariners only lost once, in overtime.
The league is scheduled to resume activities on January 20th.
Yarmouth leads the Eastlink South Division.
