The Yarmouth Mariners powerplay is on fire.
They scored five times on the man advantage in a 9-5 win over the Truro Bearcats last night at the Rath Eastlink Community Centre in Truro.
Kurtis Lang led the way with a hat-trick, Sam Gillis had two goals, Reilly Mayne had a goal and three assists.
Other Mariner goals were scored by Ben Roode, Reid Vos and Patrick Hurley.
AJ DiChiara made 15 saves for the win.
Yarmouth plays tonight against the Pictou County Crushers in New Glasgow.
They’ll return to the Fishtank tomorrow night against the Valley Wildcats at 7:30 p.m.
