Vaccination rates in the Tri-Counties are creeping up.
As of Friday, the Yarmouth/Shelburne/Digby Community Health Network joined the rest of the province by having at least 70 per cent of the population fully vaccinated.
Six per cent have received one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
This area is the last to hit the 70 per cent mark.
We still have the lowest vaccine rates in Nova Scotia, behind Eastern Shore and Musquodoboit at 72 per cent.
The highest rate among community health networks is Halifax Peninsula/Chebucto, at 81 per cent.
