The Southwest Storm opened their season with 5-3 win Saturday night at Sandy Wickens Memorial Arena in Barrington over Sackville.
Ethan Doucette led the way with a pair of goals and an assist, Tylan Foster, Miguel Deon and Tyler Lawson also scored.
Maxime Hanna got the win in goal, making 17 saves.
The Storm were playing their first game in team history, and are playing in the Nova Scotia Regional Junior Hockey League.
It was the first regular season Junior C game in Barrington since the Ice Dogs played in 2015.
