The Nova Scotia 55+ Games began this morning in our region.
Men’s and women’s hockey is taking place at Mariners Centre.
Sports like golf, billiards and bowling are being played, and events like scrabble and cribbage are also being held.
The opening ceremony will take place later this afternoon at Mariners Centre (5:30 p.m.) with a meeting to follow.
