The Yarmouth Mariners added eight new players to their system with the MHL Draft on Saturday.
Their first pick came in the territorial round, where they selected forward Rory Wood from the Cape Breton West Islanders, 36th overall.
Another Nova Scotia U18 player was added in the third round, as they selected forward Hunter Bruce from the Cole Harbour Wolfpack.
Later in Round three, Yarmouth took defender Adrian Green from Tri-Pen in Newfoundland.
In all, the Mariners selected four forwards, three defensemen and a goaltender:
