The Island Traps Sherose Island Schooners are back in Nova Scotia Intermediate Baseball League play this weekend.
Their home opener is set for Sunday, a doubleheader against the defending champion Windsor Knights at Sherose Island Ballpark.
Game times are 1 and 3 pm.
It’s the first time in nearly two years the Schooners have played, as the NSIBL did not hold a season last year.
All social distancing and COVID-19 guidelines are in place, following the provincial guidelines for baseball in Nova Scotia according to Phase Three of re-opening.
