Seafest will happen next month in Yarmouth.
The 42nd annual summer festival will be a combination of in-person and virtual events.
President Darryl LeBlanc says the event has been re-branded with a new logo and online presence.
He says while the antique car show won’t take place, they are trying to organize a classic car parade down Main Street.
“We’ll be streaming that event as well for those that can’t get out. Hopefully we can get people on the streets for this, practicing social distancing, and enjoying the cars. Obviously these things depends on what regulations come down and how things go, so some of these events could change,” said LeBlanc.
Several groups will be performing at the Coal Shed, but in-person attendance is to be determined.
LeBlanc says they’re hoping the province is in Phase 3 of the re-opening plan by then.
He says there will be at least one event each day from July 14-31.
