Cleanup continues at a school in Meteghan River after a small fire late Tuesday night.
The fire began in the woodworking room at Ecole Secondaire de Clare.
The sprinkler system was activated and the fire was extinguished quickly.
The Meteghan Fire Department responded, and said it appeared the fire began in a garbage can.
No one was in the school at the time.
Stephanie Comeau, Communication Coordinator with the CSAP says students are not returning to class until Monday.
She says teachers are working offsite remotely, and cleanup is going well.
Updates on the re-opening the school will be shared over the next few days.
